Caloptilia isochrysa is a moth of the Gracillariidae family. It is known from India (Meghalaya), Japan (Honshū, Kyūshū and the Ryukyu Islands) and Nepal.[2]
The wingspan is 14-15 mm.
The larvae feed on Cleyeria japonica. They probably mine the leaves of their host plant.
